JOB SUMMARY:

The incumbent will coordinate key project deliverables of the Early Child Development (ECD) Program of Research in specific relation to the Early Development Instrument (EDI). The ECD Program of Research is a core HELP research unit whose purposes is to facilitate greater understanding of early child development patterns in neighborhoods will coordinate tasks related to implementation of the Early Development Instrument (EDI) within British Columbia school districts, a standardized research tool for assessing early child development at a population level over time. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating effective implementation across the entire province, preparing and distributing EDI reports to schools ensuring that all information is kept confidential, liaise with school district and community contacts, coordinate and assist with training, and update databases and web information.
